The goal for this challenge is to achieve the maximal amount of progress toward your fitness goals within a short period of time (30 Days). Effort and CONSISTENCY are the keys to success; therefore, this challenge will only work if you do!
The challenge will go 30 days and is based on a progressive workout program in which each week will provide more of a workload for participants to push through ultimately creating a healthier, fitter human!

You get a log-in for the App and you can see your workout on your phone or computer.
The person who completes the most things asked (i.e. workouts, nutrition questions, forms filled out, etc.) will win. Participation is the key.
